Job Description

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive branding strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare sector.
  • Develop creative initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
  • Conceptualize, design and oversee the production of print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
  • Ensure all print collateral adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages and brand values.\
  • Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure timely delivery and high quality output.
  • Develop relationships with local media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive coverage for PHH (EH).
  • Prepare PR materials to communicate key messages and announcements.
  • Monitor media coverage and sentiment and respond promptly to inquiries and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for branded merchandise and promotional items to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Source, design, and manage the production of branded merchandise, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and budget constraints.
  • Distribute branded merchandise at events, conferences, and other promotional activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience in branding, marketing or related roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external  stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and cultural sensitivities in Myanmar is preferred.
