Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Content peparation & data collection related with the business and projects needs
- Assiting for supporting documents and presentations for the business  & projects requirements.
- Assisting in the requirements of the business operation matters and assisting in Tender preparation & other required documents of government approval of the projects
- Assisting to communicate with the internal & external stakeholders for the meetings and business functions.
- Participating for the marketing functions like exhibitions for the property sales.
- Strong understanding of laws & regulations in Myanmar.
- Translation the contracts and other required documents of the company.
- Strong knowledge of government tender & other projects experiences.
- Assisting the requirements and administrative supports for the company meetings, committee and board meetings.
- Write up and prepare the minutes of meeting and verbatim of the company meetings.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or Department Head.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree or diploma in business administration, makerketing or related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales or a similar role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, powerpoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
- Strong communication,interpersonal, negotiation & presentation skill.
- Excellent verbal & written comminication in English & Burmese.
- Able to work and deal with different level of management & government authorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
