  • Develop and implement Business Development Strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, clients, partnerships & expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Clients, Customers & Business Partners.
  • Conduct Market & Competitor Analysis and report key insights to Management.
  • Prepare Business Proposals, Presentations & Business Plans.
  • Lead Client Meetings, Negotiations & Business Deals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Operations Teams to achieve business targets.
  • Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Business Development Reports.
  • Achieve assigned Sales, Revenue & Business Growth Targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Any Graduate.
  • Age 40–50 years.
  • F&B Industry experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience as Business Development Manager / Sales Manager or related position.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills.
  • Good understanding of Market Analysis & Business Strategy.
  • Strong Leadership & Team Management Skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Target-oriented with strong ability to drive Business Growth.
