Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Managing and supporting 3 to 5 bank branches, depending on the geographic area.
  • Working closely with the sales team and reporting directly to the Business Sales Manager (BSM).
  • Building strong relationships with bank partners and their customers.
  • Actively identifying and developing new business opportunities beyond branch referrals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business KPIs
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 1 years of working experience in a business-related environment.
  • Experience working with SMEs or in business development is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales, along with a strong sales achievement record, will be highly preferred.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and expand business relationships beyond the existing bank customer network.
