Job Summary
KBZMS is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Associate to support customers with banking and insurance inquiries. Based in Pabedan, Yangon, you will deliver timely, professional service while handling calls and resolving concerns with care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product, account, and service inquiries promptly.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex cases to the right team.
  • Maintain a professional tone, active listening, and excellent customer service on every call.
  • Record call details, update customer information, and follow company procedures and service standards.
  • Support service quality goals by meeting response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, with a courteous and customer-focused attitude.
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use call center or CRM systems effectively.
  • Willingness to work in Yangon, Pabedan, and follow shift-based schedules if required.
  • Team player with a positive mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn and adapt.
