  • Customer များ၏ Inquiry များကို ဖုန်း / Viber နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Communication Channel များမှ ဖြေကြားပေးခြင်း
  • Parcel နှင့် Delivery Status များကို စစ်ဆေး၍ Customer များအား ပြန်လည်အသိပေးခြင်း
  • Customer Complaints များကို စိတ်ရှည်စွာ နားထောင်ပြီး သင့်လျော်သော Solution ပေးခြင်း
  • Courier နှင့် Operation Team များနှင့် Coordinate ပြုလုပ်၍ Delivery Issues များကို Follow-up ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
  • Customer Information နှင့် Delivery Data များကို System တွင် မှန်ကန်စွာ Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
  • Customer Service Record နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Report များကို စနစ်တကျ ပြုစုခြင်း
  • Supervisor နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Team များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

Job Requirements

  • အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ
  • Customer Service / Call Center / Delivery & Logistics အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
  • အသက် 30 နှစ်အောက် ဖြစ်ပါက ပိုမိုသင့်လျော်ပါသည်
  • Microsoft Word & Excel အခြေခံအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
  • Communication & Problem-Solving Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • Customer များနှင့် ယဉ်ကျေးစွာ၊ စိတ်ရှည်စွာ ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံနိုင်ရမည်
  • Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိရမည်
  • Pressure အောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Location တွင် အလုပ်ဆင်းနိုင်ရမည်
