Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Handle and reconcile daily cash collections, cash transfers and bank deposits.
  • Verify daily cash and mobile payments received from Sales Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, official receipts and supporting documents.
  • Process payments according to company policies and approval procedures.
  • Record daily cash, bank and payment transactions accurately in the accounting system.
  • Perform daily reconciliation and report discrepancies to the relevant person.
  • Maintain proper records and filing of all financial documents.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Delivery and Head Office teams regarding cash and payment matters.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Cashier, Accountant, Finance or Payment-related positions.
  • Good knowledge of cash handling, bank transactions and payment reconciliation.
  • Experience with mobile payment transactions is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
