Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Process daily payments/receipts accurately and efficiently
  • Handling the cash/cheque collection from customer
  • Prepare payment & receipt voucher with completed document attachment
  • Assist to check payment requisition, advance & advance claim comply with operation standard amount and follow finance SOP
  • Processing the daily bank transactions within banking hour
  • Arrange and prepare bank cheques when necessary
  • Reconcile daily cash transactions and prepare reports
  • Support bank account opening and financial record-keeping
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior from time to time
  • Ensure compliance with financial and company procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cashier or finance-related role
  • Strong numerical and organizational skills
  • Able to use Microsoft (Word, Excel, Internet, email)
  • Coordinate with team work
  • Honest, reliable, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
