Job Description

  • Receive and process customer payments accurately.
  • Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, promotions, and basic product information.
  • Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Ensure all cash, card, and digital payment transactions are properly recorded.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and checkout area.
  • Support daily store operations and collaborate with team members.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Operation Leader.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.
  • Basic mathematical and cash handling skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic English communication skills are preferred.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
