  1. ကြိုတင်ငွေထုတ်ပေးခြင်း။
  2. အသုံးစရိတ်များကို မှန်ကန် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိ/မရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် ငွေထုတ်ပေးခြင်း။
  3. ငွေသွင်း/ငွေထုတ်ခြင်းအတွက် Dr/Cr voucher များကိုရေးသားခြင်း။
  4. Excel Cash Book တွင် Cash and Bank ငွေအဝင် အထွက်များကို စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်း။
  5. Income and Expense voucher များကို တာဝန်ယူထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  6. Expense အတွက် safe မှထုတ်ယူထားသော ငွေများကိုကိုင်တွယ်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  7. BU များမှငွေသွင်းငွေထုတ်ခြင်းများအတွက် ငွေသားနှင့် safe key ကိုတာဝန်ယူကိုင်တွယ်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  8. ဘဏ်ငွေသွင်း ငွေထုတ် ငွေလွှဲများကိုဆောင်ရွက်ရခြင်း။
  9. သက်ဆိုင်ရာ BU များမှတင်ပြတောင်းခံလာသောငွေချေး/ငွေတောင်းများအတွက် စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက် ငွေထုတ်ပေးခြင်း။
  10. နေ့စဉ် Excel Cash Book ကိုပြင်ဆင်ပြီး Sr Cashier နှင့် Account သို့ပေးပို့ရခြင်း။
  11. BU များမှ ရရန်ရှိများအတွက်ငွေလက်ခံခြင်းနှင့် ပေးရန်ရှိများအတွက်ငွေထုတ်ပေးခြင်း
    Cheque Clearing များကိုပြုလုပ်ရခြင်း
  12. Cheque ရေးခြင်း နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာလက်မှတ်ခွင့်ပြုချက်များရယူခြင်း။
  13. အချို့အသုံးစရိတ်များအတွက် Supplier သို့တိုက်ရိုက်ငွေလိုက်ရှင်းပေးရခြင်း။

Job Requirements

  1. သက်ဆိုင်ရာဘွဲ့တခုခုရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  2. LCCI (I), (II) certificate ပြီးဆုံးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  3. Microsoft office အသုံးပြုတက်သူ မြန်မာစာ English လက်ကွက်ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာရိုက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  4. Bank သွားနိုင်သူ ဘဏ်တွင်ငွေသွင်းငွေထုတ်ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာလုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  5. cashier လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ  အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
