1. Financial Transactions & POS Management
Process Payments: Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, etc.).
System Proficiency: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to input orders and apply discounts, coupons, or loyalty points.
Cash Handling: Maintain a balanced cash drawer, ensuring all transactions are recorded and change is returned accurately.
2. Guest Service & Order Management
Greeting: Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
Menu Knowledge: Answer questions regarding ingredients, allergens, and daily specials to assist with upselling.
Order Verification: Double-check orders (especially for takeout/delivery) to ensure accuracy before the guest leaves.
3. Operational Support
Station Maintenance: Keep the counter and surrounding area clean, organized, and stocked with essentials .
Communication: Coordinate with the kitchen and floor staff to manage wait times and order flow.
Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or payment discrepancies with a calm, "guest-first" attitude.

Job Requirements
Experience: 6+ years in F&B or retail is preferred.
Software: Familiarity with local POS systems like FoodPanda/GrabFood merchant devices and local software like G-POS or Foodie POS.
Age : Under 25
