- responsible supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen
- delivering consistent high quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorization are not received.
- Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated supervisory and coaching abilities with minimum 5 years’ cooking experience
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Understands the customer relationship of culinary offering
• Understand the basic structure of cost controls and be able to adhere to those plans
• Self motivated, quick responding individual to achieve multiple timeline.
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours when required.
• Hotel School qualifications would be an added advantage
