Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare & Review Financial Statements: Formulate and review Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-End Financial Statements, Cash Flow statements, and detailed schedules for all group companies.

• Trial Balance & General Ledgers: Monitor, review, and prepare month-end Trial Balance reports and thoroughly audit all general ledgers.
• Central Bank Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit statutory monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the Central Bank, including Income & Expense statements, Non-Performing Loans (NPL) reports, and detailed Loan/Estimated reports.
• Taxation: Prepare and manage quarterly and year-end corporate Tax Returns for all entities within the group.

Supervision & Internal Controls

• Departmental Supervision: Supervise the accounting department's daily operations ensuring strict adherence to the company’s rules, internal controls, and policies.
• Transaction Verification: Verify and authorize all Cash Transactions (CT) exceeding 10 Lakhs across all group companies to ensure financial compliance.
• Intercompany Reconciliation: Manage and reconcile Intercompany, Private, and Group Current Balance reports alongside monthly cash detailed transaction reports.
• Interest Calculation: Calculate and report on group overdraft interest income from various internal affiliates and subsidiaries.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Stock Valuation & Revaluation: Prepare Stock Revaluation Reports and analyze Stock In/Out details including Landed Costs, Payable Stock, and current Market Rates.
• Ground Stock Verification: Supervise, coordinate, and conduct physical site visits to the Head Office (HO) warehouse for routine and periodic ground stock-taking.
• Stock Reporting: Review weekly/monthly Ground Stock reports, Stock Movement reports, and comprehensive Sales & Stock reports submitted by accountants.

Sales, Performance & Receivable Performance

• Sales & Commission Auditing: Review Commission, Sales Target, Volume Discount reports for dealers, and monthly Sales Value reports alongside cost evaluations.
• Growth Analysis: Analyze monthly Sales Growth / Degrowth reports using actual versus updated selling prices.
• Credit & Liquidity Management: Review and monitor Accounts Receivable (Debtor Balance) and Accounts Payable reports.
• Treasury Reporting: Prepare and review Weekly Bank Detailed Transaction reports and Weekly Customer Bank Deposit reports.
• Performance Tracking: Prepare KPI reports for General Management and the IT Department, alongside Plan/Visit & Strike Call reports.

Management Support & Auditing

• Ad-hoc Reporting: Prepare specialized financial reports and Quarterly Performance (PB) Data as required by executive management.

• ACCA,Any Other related Accounting Diaploma
• Advanced Excel Skills    
• Minium experience of (3) year in smilar Position and related fields
