Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Accounting Department to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, cost control, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective internal control systems.
- Coordinate with external auditors and government authorities.
- Supervise and develop the accounting team.
- Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA (Part II/III or qualified) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant position.
- Candidates with experience in a stationery wholesale, distribution, FMCG, or trading company will be given preference.
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost control, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Experience using ERP or accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
