Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Manage and oversee the company’s daily accounting operations.
Supervise General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank, and Fixed Assets.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Perform and review bank, ledger, receivable, and payable reconciliations.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare cash flow reports and monitor cash flow and working capital.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and Myanmar tax regulations.
Prepare and review tax-related reports and ensure timely tax submissions.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant authorities.
Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Analyze financial performance and prepare variance reports for management.
Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes and procedures.
Review invoices, payment requests, journal entries, and other accounting documents.
Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team.
Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
ACCA / CPA / LCCI or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with experience in a senior/supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.
Good knowledge of Myanmar Tax Regulations and statutory requirements.
Experience in month-end/year-end closing, budgeting, cash flow management, and audit coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
