Job Description

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor and reconcile retail sales, POS transactions, cash collections, and bank deposits.
• Oversee inventory, stock movements, COGS, and stock reconciliation.
• Support budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors and other relevant parties for audit and tax matters.
• Manage and improve accounting processes using Odoo Accounting/ERP.
• Supervise and develop the Finance/Accounting team.
• Provide financial analysis and support management in financial decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• LCCI level 3 or ACCA 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Retail/Fashion Retail experience is strongly preferred, especially multi-store operations.
• Experience in inventory/stock accounting and POS reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting/ERP is required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and tax/audit processes.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Burmese.
