Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, cash, and bank transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reports.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing and ensure accurate accounting records.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and payment planning.
  • Monitor bank accounts, loans, receivables, payables, inventory, and fixed assets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Supervise and support the accounting team.
  • Maintain and improve accounting procedures, SOPs, and SQL Accounting System.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ACCA, CPA, LCCI, or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Accounting & Finance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, treasury, and payment management
  • Good understanding of banking, loans, and financial facilities
  • Experience in agriculture, livestock, trading, or manufacturing is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills; SQL Accounting System experience is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High integrity, accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines.
