Job Description

- Lead the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial statements to Management.
- Conduct financial analysis (GP%, pricing, cost efficiency) to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts aligned with company KPIs.
- Manage cash flow, banking operations, and liquidity planning.
- Strengthen internal control systems by reviewing and updating accounting policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory costing, valuation, and stock-taking processes.
- Supervise import costing, trade payables (local & overseas), and rebate/payment structures.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards (IFRS).

- Promote ethical financial practices and transparency across the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational and financial challenges

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate
- Must have professional qualification such as ACCA Part II or similar will be considered 
- Minimum 10 years of Experience in Financial Management and Accounting
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Finance & Accounting practices, procedures and standards
- Solid experience in ERP and POS systems
- Knowledge of MS office, particularly modeling in Excel
- Having strong analytical skills and good business sense
- Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of taxation
