Job Description
Participate to manage and develop Jasmine Palace Hotel Engineering Team. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing engineering standards that enable other department to meet their current and future objectives in timely and cost effective manner.ImplementationEnsure the integrity reliability of hotel equipment and apparatuses by implementing and effectively administering maintenance system for all equipment.ComplianceEnsure the Hotel Engineering Department complies with relevant legislation and regulation by maintaining knowledge of legal requirement and ensuring all surveys.MaintenanceEnsure the hotel building and property are maintained in high standard in accordance with building compliance systems by managing relevant contracts and responding to the Hotel inspections and audits.Contribute education, training and development needs of employees ( maintenance team leaders , technicians and maintenance planners ) in line with best practices and operational resourcing requirement.Manage the implementation of training and development plans for maintenance team leaders.To coach and to ensure that the performance of reports is managed in line with Hotel performance management system.To provide direction and to develop professional knowledge within maintenance group.Provide overall management through out initiation, planning , execution , monitoring and controlling and new projects. This will include managing activities in contracts, planning , engineering , procurement and construction quality. Drive operation schedules , manage scope and control costs.Manage all aspects of project financials , invoicing and working capital management , staffing and regulatory requirement , if any , for legal coordination and risk management.Serve as primary point of contact with client coordination , scope management , project staffing , environmental compliance and facility support.Develop and implement good project management practices and procedures , establish project control systems and implement project execution plan.Work closely with Project Team to confirm deliverables and services are being provided to clients and organization satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Advance knowledge of maintenance management / engineering with positive attitude, good communication skills and committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
Education;
Bachelor of science, Diploma or college degree in electrical or maintenance engineering preferred.
Experience
Minimum 7 years maintenance and supervisory or manager experience in engineering hotel department.
