Project Viability: Review feasibility studies & provide financial recommendation to determine the financial viability and profitability for all projects.
ROI Analysis: Prepare & analyze the return on investment and initiatives to ensure they align with the company’s financial goals.
Investment evaluation: Evaluate for potential investment opportunities and risk including new project developments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Capital Rising: Oversee the bank loan financing process, lines of credit, equity investments, or other funding sources
Loan Management: Monitoring loan process and manage relationships with lenders, negotiating loan terms, and ensuring compliance with loan covenants
Investor Relations: Communicate with investors, providing financial updates, and managing dividend or interest payments.
Planning: Manage the yearly financial planning, budget forecasting.
Financial Statement: Overview and manage for holding’s financial statement (Tax statement, Balance sheet, finance report by monthly or quarterly) and prepare financial statements to provide insights into the company’s financial position.
Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and optimize the inflow and outflow of cash to maintain liquidity and profitability.
AP/AR Control: Monitor & ensure the accounts payable and receivable processes with timely payments and collections
Treasury: Monitor for oversea bank transition.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and manage tax filings and evaluate and guide to FC for necessary of tax matter.
Auditing: Oversee the internal and external annual audit for any auditing process
Financial Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Internal Controls: Develop and set up internal controls to prevent fraud and safeguard company assets.
Expense Monitoring: Monitor and control expenses to ensure they remain within budget.
Cost Reducing: Monitoring and review for variance projects , cost reduction and monitor cost reduction initiatives.
Vendor Management: Manage complex matters and supplier payment management, AP, AR payment decision.
System Implementation: Conduct the implementation and maintenance to enhance efficiency software for financial systems.
Process Monitoring: Monitoring the improve financial processes and systems to efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
CPA certification is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience.
Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or equivalent role.
Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and IFRS.
Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
