Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Define and execute the overall technology strategy across mobile, web, and backend platforms.
  • Maintain high standards in UI/UX implementation, ensuring consistency in design, responsiveness, and alignment with brand identity.
  • Participate directly in coding, debugging, and architecture reviews when necessary.
  • Ensure clean, modern, and user-focused UI implementations.
  • Oversee and approve the design system including color palettes, typography, and layout consistency.
  • Lead development across frontend (React, Vue, Flutter), backend (Node.js, Laravel, etc.), and DevOps.
  • Guide code structure and system scalability for both app and web.
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS and DigitalOcean.
  • Oversee deployments, server performance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure team alignment with project timelines.
  • Collaborate with management and project stakeholders to meet deliverables.
  • Track and report progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion.
  • Act as a bridge between management and the tech team for all project-related communications.
  • Explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Educate and mentor the development team to improve quality, speed, and alignment.
  • Lead integration with ad servers (AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, etc.).
  • Manage third-party API integrations and ensure system compliance with SDK updates.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in full-stack development with a focus on frontend.
  • Strong experience in UI/UX implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge of server management (AWS, DigitalOcean).
  • Hands-on experience with project and team management.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with management, explain tech, and guide the team.
  • Experience with ad tech and monetization integrations.
