🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategic planning and execution for all retail & mall operations.
Oversee store operations, customer service, leasing, tenant relations, and visual merchandising.
Manage P&L, operational budgets, and cost optimization.
Lead cross-functional teams: retail managers, marketing, facility, and logistics.
Champion customer experience, foot traffic growth, and tenant satisfaction.
Deploy technology solutions (POS, CRM, analytics) to support data-driven operations.
Ensure compliance, sustainability, and risk mitigation across properties.
