An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Site Assessment & Preparation: Conduct topographical and geotechnical surveys to evaluate soil composition, drainage, and terrain stability.
  • Structural Design: review designs for module mounting structures (MMS), inverter rooms, and transformer foundations.
  • Foundation Engineering: Determine suitable foundation types—such as driven piles, concrete piers, or ground screws—based on soil test reports and environmental loads (wind, seismic).
  • Infrastructure Development: Design and oversee construction of critical support systems, including:
  • Internal Plant Roads: Durable access ways for heavy machinery and maintenance.
  • Drainage Systems: Stormwater management to prevent erosion and flooding.
  • Security Features: Planning for boundary walls, fencing, and entry gates.
  • Construction Supervision: Monitor daily site execution to ensure civil works align with technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and certify construction materials (soil compaction, concrete, rebar) and verify the quality of work against approved drawings.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all civil works meet local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.

  • B.E or A.G.T.I in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software.
  • Prefer experience previous exposure to utility-scale solar projects and site-based execution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
