  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office & project.
  • Able to prepare BOQ, Cost estimation and budget for projects.
  • Able to prepare quotation and contract.
  • Able to check drawings, quantities and contractors quotations and payments ensuring the accuracy of calculations.
  • Able to prepare construction working schedule, site visit & report to Management team for the projects progress.
  • Able to coordinate with consultants, suppliers, contractors and site operation team.
  • Able to do any others duties related with Engineering assigned by department head.

Job Requirements

  • BE (Civil )
  • Must have minimum 5 years experience at Construction Field.
  • Must have experience in high rise  & steel structure buildings.
