ROLE PURPOSE 

​We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer to oversee engineering and technical aspects of construction and renovation projects. Engineer will work closely with related key stakeholders and vendors to ensure project goals are met on time within scopes. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

​Project Planning & Coordination 

• ​Support the team leader in planning and executing engineering projects. 

• Preparing project plans, schedules, and aligning the scopes with the vendors. 

​Technical Oversight 

• ​Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. 

• Ensure compliance with our requirements. 

Communication & Documentation 

• ​Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for necessary arrangements. 

• Maintain detailed documentation including reports and project photos. 

Quality & Risk Management 

• ​Monitor project performance and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. 

• ​Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. 

Knowledge & Skills  

Essential  

• ​Able to work independently with minimum supervision. 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work as a team. 

• ​Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software. 

• ​Strong technical knowledge in construction and renovation project oversight. 

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. 

• ​Other duties as assigned. 

Desirable 

• ​Advanced skills in project planning, scheduling, and aligning scopes with external vendors. 

• ​Proficiency in identifying technical risks and proposing effective mitigation strategies.

Education & Special Training 

Essential  

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering. 

Experience 

Essential   

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction project. 

Languages 

Essential   

• Capable of reading and writing in English.
