Job Description

The role of Communication Specialist is to assist with managing the bank’s reputation, create contents as and when necessary, support media analysis, assist in proactive and reactive communication initiatives in conjunction with Public Relation Manager and Internal Communication Manager.


  • Reporting - support in preparing the monitoring reports by analysing the information from internal communication channels/media coverage as and when necessary. 

  • Record Keeping - Archive and keep records of communication contents on various platforms for Internal Communications, PR activities and CSR Projects and update in a timely manner.

  • Liaising - Work with different business units (VCs/Functions) and/or external stakeholders as and when necessary. Liaise between MarComms Function and business units by gradually adopting the Business Partner model and assisting them by providing communication/PR needs to flourish their business. 

  • Content Development - develop content based on strategic guidelines and directive regulations in principle including but not limited to; engaging contents for internal comms: channels, campaign announcements, potential media questions & answers, talking points & script for videos.

  • Channel Management- Publish contents and monitor engagement on the internal communication channel(KBZCollab)

  • Event Assistance- provide support for marketing and communication events, press conferences, interviews, meetings and  digital production.
