Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Filing company documents according to the defined rules.
  • Recording minutes of management/ board / investor meetings.
  • Review agreements before signing and provide feedback.
  • Implementation of ESG policies and processes in the Company.
  • Replying to the investor requests.
  • Manage and arrange meeting with investors.
  • Serving a “Corporate Secretary” function.
  • Coordinating audits by requesting information from different departments.
  • Support in obtaining licenses from the Government.
  • Implement and manage an effective legal compliance procedure and process.
  • Develop and review company policies which are related to government laws.
  • Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business management or a related field; can be an advanced degree student in process of studying.
  • 2 – 4 years’ proven experience in a compliance officer role or related experiences.
  • Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to understand the business.
  • Preferred working experience for an international company in similar field
