RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Client Relationship management and business development.
  • Successfully generated leads and closed deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Review and analyze loan documents, leases, sales agreements, appraisals and other related materials.
  • Conducted in-depth financial consultations to analyze customers' eligibility for home loans and hire purchase loans and provided expert guidance throughout the loan application process.
  • Cultivated strong relationships with real estate agents, developers and auto dealers to increase the referral network and foster business growth.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high performing team/organization.
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant events to expand professional networks.
  • Manage and participate in road shows, expos, exhibitions, and events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degress or Relevent qualification
  • 3+ years experiences in Bank Loan Process; Consumer Loans and Home Loans
  • Good interperonal skills and gromming
  • Good communication skills for
