Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Content Strategy: Plan and oversee the content calendar for our website, social media content, and digital campaigns.
Ad Campaign Management: Plan, create, and launch paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) to drive traffic and sales for our products.
Content Creation: Cultivate content marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, retaining customers and building brand awareness.
Campaign & Production Support: Work closely with Designers, content creators, and influencers/KOLs for marketing activities, supporting content shooting, content planning, and campaign coordination.
Reporting & Strategy: Report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and execute strategic instructions and campaign goals received from the DM.
Team Leadership: Guide and manage freelance writers, designers, or junior creators to ensure a consistent brand voice.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field).
3 to 5 years of experience in the beauty, wellness, supplement, or traditional herbal industry is highly preferred.
Proven hands-on experience running and optimizing paid ads (Meta, Google, or TikTok).
Strong project management skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to take direction from senior leadership, work in a team, and manage multiple tasks.
