About the Role

Elevate Education is looking for experienced, creative and highly productive Content Marketing Executives to develop engaging content across our education brands and business units.

This is more than a copywriting role. You will manage content from research and idea development through writing, creative direction, video scripting/production, internal review, university approval and final publication readiness.

You will work with different audiences including students, young adults, postgraduate prospects and parents, so strong audience adaptability and a versatile content style are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content from idea to final approval.
• Research education topics and identify strong content angles, hooks and creative ideas.
• Write engaging Burmese content, captions and marketing copy.
• Develop graphic concepts and provide clear briefs to Graphic Designers.
• Create video concepts, scripts and practical short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Shoot and edit basic social-media videos when required.
• Coordinate with Counselors to verify education-related information.
• Communicate professionally with international university representatives for content review and approval.
• Manage revisions and follow up until final approval is received.
• Maintain organized content pipelines, deadlines and approval records.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Contribute proactive content ideas based on trends, student interests, competitors and seasonal opportunities.
• Work across assigned Growth Brands and adapt content to different audiences and platforms.
• Support campaigns, events and other Marketing activities when required.

Content Productivity

A general working expectation is approximately 1 content topic per working day, depending on content complexity.

Performance will consider quality, output, timeliness, accuracy, approval turnaround and content performance rather than simply the number of captions produced.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, organized, productive and commercially minded—someone who can turn “We need content about this topic” into a researched, engaging, accurate, professionally produced and approved piece of content ready for publication.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Reasonable flexibility may occasionally be required for content production, campaigns, events, university activities, travel or other important company activities.

Salary

MMK 600,000 – 800,000 per month

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Copywriting, Content Creation, Video Content or related fields.
• Strong Burmese writing ability.
• Strong working English communication skills for communication with international university representatives.
• Proven content portfolio/work samples.
• Strong copywriting and content research skills.
• Practical short-form video shooting, scripting and editing experience.
• Good understanding of social-media platforms and content formats.
• Strong creative thinking and audience understanding.
• Excellent organization and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content pieces and approval processes simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with Counselors, Designers, Marketing Teams and external partners.
• Willing to appear on camera when reasonably required.
• Able to work independently, take ownership and respond well to feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification. Marketing, Communications, Media, English, Business or related fields are advantageous.

Fresh graduates without substantial relevant professional experience will not be considered.
