Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Coordinate vehicle operations with drivers and provide administrative support to the Administration team.
  • Manage general administrative services and ensure effective administrative control across all departments.
  • Plan and coordinate daily transportation schedules while maintaining accurate records in compliance with ISO operational procedures.
  • Prepare and submit timely transportation reports to management.
  • Provide office administration support, including land-related services and documentation.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative and customer service support while maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a relevant diploma.
  • Minimum of one (2) years of relevant working experience in administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer operations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Willing and able to travel to local areas as required.
