Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Lead and coordinate end-to-end RAN installation, integration, swapping, and network deployment activities.
Plan daily site activities and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Customer, NOC, Field Engineers, and Subcontractors throughout project execution.
Supervise site teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with customer requirements.
Monitor installation quality, site readiness, materials, and resource allocation.
Support troubleshooting, commissioning, integration, and site acceptance activities.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project reports with accurate progress updates.
Ensure proper documentation, issue tracking, and timely closure of project deliverables.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and customers to resolve project issues.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE, quality standards, and project procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Telecom RAN Deployment, Installation, Integration, or Swap Projects.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Coordinator, Team Lead, or Supervisor role.
Strong knowledge of RAN equipment, Transmission Systems, BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, and 4G/5G network deployment.
Hands-on experience with Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, or ZTE equipment.
Strong understanding of telecom installation standards, site acceptance, and quality control.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project reporting.
Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to travel extensively and work under tight project schedules.
