Oversee facilities services and maintenance.
Organize and supervise the day-to-day Admin operations of the office.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other Department.
And also overseeing to flow smoothly the following office facilities:
- Fleet management
- Transportation, accommodation and Hotel
- Make sure and check the departmental payments sheet
- departmental petty cash control
- Office & shops maintenance and cleaning issues
- Printing and stationery
- control of departmental budget
To do land acquisition and renewal the company rental building

Job Requirements
Proven 4 years experience as administration Manager
7 years experiences in adminstration field
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills
High level verbal and written communications skills
BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
