  • Develop and execute corporate strategies to drive overall business growth, profitability, and long-term competitiveness.
  • Align departmental, subsidiary, and business unit goals with the company’s overall vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure consistent performance and seamless coordination across all business units.
  • Oversee operations of multiple branches, subsidiaries, and departments, ensuring effective organizational integration and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and enforce corporate policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance standards across the organization.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor corporate-level budgets, financial forecasts, and financial performance reports.
  • Analyze company-wide financial metrics and operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the group’s business plans and growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, evaluate project feasibility, and provide strategic recommendations for business expansion.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal control requirements.
  • Manage relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and clients.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to support business growth and enhance market positioning.
  • Lead and oversee overall operations of trading and financing business units, ensuring efficiency and strong performance.
  • Present business performance updates, financial insights, and strategic recommendations to top management and executive leadership

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fuel sales, petroleum operations, or oil & gas downstream business.
  • Age Between 38 to 50 years.
  • Hands-on experience in fuel trading, depot operations, or fuel station management is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fuel products, pricing mechanisms, and distribution models.
  • Knowledge of fuel logistics, storage, and transportation operations.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and licensing related to fuel trading.
  • Excellent operational planning and coordination abilities.
