Overseeing and managing all aspects of the trading business, including procurement, sales, operations, financial performance, and market expansion.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and profitability.
Identify new business opportunities, product lines, and potential markets for expansion.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt trading strategies.
Drive innovation and implement new trading models or digital platforms for business efficiency.
Develop strong relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
Optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency and customer demand.
Lead and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and developing key client accounts.
Ensure smooth import, export, and domestic trade operations, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Optimize logistics, warehousing, and distribution to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Implement risk management strategies for trading activities, including currency fluctuations and supply chain disruptions.
Develop and manage the company’s budget, financial forecasting, and cost controls.
Monitor and improve profit margins, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, trade laws, and financial reporting requirements.
Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, operations, and procurement.
Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and industry knowledge.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in a senior management role within a trading company.
Strong understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and procurement strategies.
Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and business development.
Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and margin optimization.
Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strategic Thinking & Business Development and Good Communication Skills
