Job Purpose:
GM Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, brand management, and B2B marketing strategies..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth, competitive advantage, and B2B market development.

  • Create annual marketing plans, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure effective allocation of resources.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

  • Lead initiatives to increase brand awareness and market share through innovative marketing campaigns targeting both B2C and B2B audiences.

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, including lead generation, account-based marketing, and relationship management with key business clients.

  • Manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad platforms).

  • Set clear goals and objectives for the marketing team; lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing support for B2B and B2C activities, including trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations.

  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and campaign performance to refine marketing strategies and improve sales performance.

  • Build strong brand equity and ensure the company’s brand positioning aligns with long-term business goals, including reputation management and thought leadership in the B2B sector.
