An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Analyze project costs, budgets, and financial forecasts to ensure cost-efficiency
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and provide insights to support project and management decisions
  • Monitor actual spending versus budgeted amounts and report variances
  • Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams to gather cost-related data
  • Assist in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and risk factors
  • Support tender and bidding processes with accurate cost estimation and breakdowns

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Burmese; strong communication and reporting skills
  • Prior experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial planning preferred
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office; experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related field
