Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain the customer database, tracking metrics such as growth in the user base, transactions, customer acquisition costs, returning user rate, customer retention rate etc.
  • Maintain a Customer Relationship Management database, retaining customer details and insights that could help better personalize the purchase experience for customers
  • Plan and run re-engagement campaigns to encourage existing users to continue to use the platform
  • Develop and run ongoing surveys to measure the Net Promoter Score and overall customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • 2 year minimum experience in digital marketing
  • Familiar with e-commerce, ideally first-hand in a previous job
  • Any Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer systems)
