Maintain the center operation process flow
To arrange the assignment plan
To train staff in effective customer service strategies and maintain the customer service standard
To report the consolidated KBZPay Center activities
To ensure that staff are fully understand and can effectively communicate with customer about KBZPay
To manage the budget and expenses
Manage cash flows activities & liquidity support
To organize all the equipment in the office and to provide the necessary equipment
To develop personal growth opportunities of all staffs
To accomplish our KBZ-Pay center objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating the activities.
To ensure that customers are satisfied with provided customer service
To ensure that operation is following the standard procedure
To ensure that KYC update/edit staff are following the standard operation procedure
To provide and ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers
To listen employee feedback and recognize employee strengths and weaknesses
To ensure the communication between KBZpay centers

Job Requirements
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
Organized with attention to detail.
Good listening and communication skill
Accountability
Team work
Ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives.
At least three years experience of providing the service to the public
At least Bachelor's degree graduated with any specific majors
Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
