  • Provide clear and accurate information about tour packages, visa services, ticketing, and travel policies.
  • Solve customer issues politely and effectively, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
  • Keep updated records of customer bookings, payments, and travel preferences in the company system.
  • Shares special promotions, tours, and offers to encourage sales and customer loyalty.
  • Work with ticketing, visa, tour, and sales teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Follow up after service, collect feedback, and ensure every client has a positive impression of Epic World.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Other Related Diploma / Qualification
  • 1 year Experience in Customer service roles
  • Fresher can also apply
  • Must be able to answer what customers want to know on Facebook page & phone calls
  • Good command in Computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to work overtime when necessary
  • Must be able to follow the rules established by the office
