  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle patient inquiries, provide information about hospital services, and guide them as needed.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service feedback.
  • Assist in appointment scheduling and coordination with medical departments.
  • Ensure high standards of personal grooming and professional conduct.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Smart looking, energetic, self-motivated and poised
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
  • Able to communicate Basic English
  • Basic Computer Knowledge (email, Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent personal grooming and pleasant personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work as a team, able to work shift
  • Ability to handle complaints
