We are a Singapore-based company looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities:

•     Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, online chat, and other digital platforms.
•     Handle bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and customer feedback.
•     Provide accurate information about services, products, and company policies.
•     Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
•     Convert customer enquiries into sales by recommending suitable services.
•     Follow up with customers to improve retention and maintain long-term relationships.
•     Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
•     Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently.
•     Monitor and track customer requests until they are fully resolved.
•     Prepare customer reports and support continuous service improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Advanced proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) or English (spoken & written)
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Familiar with WhatsApp, email, and online customer service platforms
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Stable internet connection and suitable home working setup
