•    Prepare and send service reports to clients.
•    Inform clients about service schedules and changes.
•    Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
•    Coordinate with the Operation Team for service-related matters.
•    Follow up on service issues and ensure timely responses.
•    Maintain proper customer and service records.
•    Perform other customer service and office-related tasks as assigned.

•    At least 1 year of office work experience; customer service experience is preferred.
•    Proficient in Computer
