Job Description

  • Handling incoming calls from customers.
  • Making outgoing calls to customers.
  • Create the information in the google sheet about orders, presentation and service.
  • Solve the inconvenience occurred by customer when they are experiencing our products or system
  • Collect customer feedback and report to the responsible team
  • Inform to Business support team about the errors which cannot solve.
  • Other tasks from top managers of the company. (For eg., Respond Facebook comments.)

  • Be able to work with shift assign.
  • At least 2 years experience in customer service.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in challenging and dynamic business nature.
  • Able to handle customer’s issue, solve and clear guideline to customer.
  • Build a good relationship with the customers.
