Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and service requirements.

Collect essential site information, measurements, photographs, and other relevant data during site visits.

Identify potential pest risks and recommend appropriate pest control solutions based on site conditions.

Prepare clear and accurate survey reports after each site visit.

Calculate service requirements and prepare cost estimates and quotations.

Coordinate with the Admin team and relevant internal departments to process quotations and arrange services.

Follow up with customers when additional information or clarification is required.

Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, survey findings, quotations, and follow-up activities.

Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience throughout the process.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma or relevant qualification in Customer Service is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and comfortable communicating directly with customers.

Proactive, energetic, and willing to visit to customer sites.

Good observation and problem-solving skills.

Able to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Able to prepare reports and basic costing/estimation.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, site survey, technical service, or a related field is an advantage.
