- Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings
- Do the forwarding operation of imports and exports
- Mangage importing / exporting procedures and schedule
- Manage the approved budget of the customer service department
- Arrange for a container drayage
- Deal with any troubles and problems happening on way of transporting
- Make regularly reports to Managers
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
