• Handle customers’ booking inquiry and create job planning
• Arrange suitable inland transportation across different modes of transport
• Co-ordinate with customer and internal resources to ensure data accuracy on shipping documents and necessary requirement to fulfill smooth operation process
• Co-operate with cross-department for execution plan and work flow to meet customer requirements
• Follow up operations activities relating to customs clearance and transportation
• Manage to ensure all clearance process meet customer's requirement and on time delivery
• All billing related items to both customers and vendors within timeline
• Creative solution design for optimizing customer’s logistics flow as well as problem solving to ensure smooth operation process
• Structured reporting for daily job execution and reporting to customer and Line Manager
• Join Customer meeting if needed
• Build customer relationship and set up proper operation procedure
• Updating job status to each client and follow up throughout job completion (via phone, mail, report)
• Scanning and filing all related documents for each job
• Follow up outstanding payment with customer if needed
• Participate in team collaboration and be a part of support team member
