Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain the center operation process flow as per SOP

  • To arrange the duty assignment plan

  • To train staff in effective customer service strategies to maintain the customer services standard, KBZPay products, available banking non-financial services.

  • To prepare and report daily, monthly the consolidated KBZPay Center activities, operations reports, etc to the respective territory lead.

  • To manage the budget, expenses, inventory control, usage generator, and other related documentations and record

  • Manage cash flows activities & liquidity support

  • To organize all the equipment in the office and to provide the necessary equipment

  • To develop personal growth opportunities of all staffs

  • To accomplish our KBZ-Pay center objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating the activities.

  •  

  • To ensure that customers are satisfied with provided customer service 

  • To ensure that KYC update/edit staff are following the standard operation procedure

  • To provide and ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers

  • To listen employee feedback and recognize employee strengths and weaknesses

  • To maintain the communication between KBZpay centers and related branches

  • To ensure to to achieve the monthly NPS score

  • Conduct proper duty assignment for cross selling of available banking non-financial services to customers 

  • Able to be relocated / reassigned to other KBZPay centers when necessary within same region

Job Requirements

  • Maintain the center operation process flow

  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.

  • Organized with attention to detail.

  • Good listening and communication skill

  • Accountability

  • Team work

  • Ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives.

  • At least three years experience of providing the service to the public

  • At least Bachelor's degree graduated with any specific majors

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
