Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Perform the daily "order processing process" : start from order capture until delivery to customers
  2. Co-ordinate with sales and AR for credit released on-time
  3. Ensure product fulfillment by following up stock in order to fulfil the order
  4. Co-ordinate to solve delivery issues with relevant departments (Sales, Distribution, Customers)
  5. Manage special requirement according to business e.g. transition, promotional item, Quota management, Batch allocation
  6. Regularly 'Monitor orders to ensure that all transactions created are corrected and completed with all mandatory requirements. Ensure housekeeping of the “pending/undelivered orders” and on-time order processing.
  7. Support the Sales team providing information such as daily order tracking, stock outlook, order amendments

Job Requirements

  1.    Bachelor’s Degree
  2.    2+ years’ field experience
  3.    Good verbal and written communication skills
  4.    Able to work well under pressure, multi-task and maintain balance in a demanding environment
  5.    Experience in SAP/D365/ERP
