Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. To act as the main point of customer focus relating to Customer Service sales, by phone and customer visits.
  2. Processing new sales leads, create quotation in SAP system, follow up on quotations for all CS products: spare parts, contracts and service.  
  3. Expand and maintain the number of service product sales.
  4. Close the deal on contracts of large spare parts sales and other CS initiatives, i.e. dies, rolls and upgrade, etc.
  5. Key account management.
  6. Create leads by using the customer relationship management campaign tool to expand Buhler CS brand image, promote our Products and Services.
  7. Visit report and prepare time sheet for CS Service Engineers.
  8. Arrange CS Service Engineers to provide the service most suitable to the customer’s needs, cost and time restraints.
  9. Any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Good communication skills, such as listening and understanding customers's requirements
  2. Computer fluency, MS office and SAP
  3. Good team working to delivery results
  4. Self-starter/motivator, good planning and organisations
  5. Technical knowledge with Engineering background is an advantage
  6. English competencies in both writing and speaking
  7. Can travel around Myanmar
